Question: When Will My Order Arrive?

 

Answer: Merlin's Munchies Coffee is freshly roasted in small batches to order!  You can expect it to take between 3-5 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, we will ship it through USPS. Shipping can range between 3-7 Business days. 

 

Question: Why does it take 3-5 days to process an order? 

 

Answer: When an order comes in, we roast the coffee fresh. This process can take a few days from roasting to fulfillment!

 

Question: Do you offer free shipping?

 

Answer: Yes, we do!  For orders above $75, free shipping will automatically be applied to your order!  To receive free shipping, it must be over 

 

Question:  Where do you ship?  

 

Answer:  We ship all over the world, but mainly the US and Canada.  

 

Question: Does free shipping over $75 go all over the world? 

 

Answer: No.  Unfortunately, it is just in the US. Shipping costs will also be higher outside of the US. 

 

Question: Is there a Sales Tax on my order? 

 

Answer: No there is not!  Coffee does not require a Sales Tax.

 

Question: Do you allow returns or refunds.?

Question: Am I able to change an order after I have placed it?

 

Answer:  We try to get to roasting directly after the order comes in.  If something needs to be corrected, try to contact us ASAP.  If your order has already started the roasting process, there is nothing we can do!

 

Question:  Can I change my subscription plan?

 

Answer: Yes, you can! If you update your choice of coffee before the next billing cycle, you will have your different coffee delivered to your door!  You can also change the delivery date, pause or cancel a subscription.

 

Can I use discount codes on subscriptions?

 

No. Right now we offer 10% off recurring each time a delivery is made.  If you would like to use a better coupon, please make a separate order, or pause your subscription!

 

Question: How do I know when my order is confirmed?

 

Answer: Once an order is placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. 

 

Question:  How am I able to track an order?

 

Answer:  We ship our orders with USPS and UPS.  Once an order is placed, you will have the tracking information emailed to your email on file!

 

Question: How long should my coffee stay fresh?

 

Answer: Generally, around 4 weeks for ground coffee after opening and 8-10 weeks for whole bean after opening with proper storing.

 

Question:  How should I store my coffee for optimal freshness?

 

Answer: For optimal freshness, store your coffee in an airtight container that is in a cool, dark, and dry place. 

 

Question: Is your coffee sugar free?  

 

Answer: While we are not certified sugar-free, our coffee has no sugar and no sweeteners whatsoever! 

 

Question: Is your coffee gluten-free?  

 

Answer: Yes!  We are certified gluten-free.

 

Question: Is your coffee allergen free?

 

Answer: Yes! While we are not certified, our coffee is allergen free of all major allergens of the FDA such as, dairy, eggs, shellfish, peanuts, treenuts, soybean, wheat, and fish. 

 

Question: Where do you get your coffee beans from?

 

Answer: Our beans come from all over. All our coffee is from the Arabica bean, besides our Rocket Fuel, which is a Robusta Bean.

 

Question: What type of roast and grind do you use for your flavored coffee?

 

Answer:  All flavored coffee is medium roast, and a medium grind.  If you would like to have it as a finer grind, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Question: Do you sell mugs and shirts?

 

Answer: Yes, we do!  On the menu bar, hover over "More" and you will see all the options!  You can match your favorite cup with your favorite coffee!

 

Question: Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

 

Answer: Yes!  Our mugs are ceramic and are both dishwasher and microwave safe.

 

Question: Can I make an account?

 

Answer:  Yes, you can!  If you make an account, you will get 15% off your order.  You will receive a code and can use that at checkout!  You will also be kept up to date with all the sales and fun things we have in store as a company!

 

Question: How do I login?

 

Answer: To login, please click the Wizard Hat on he right side of the Menu Bar.  It is located to the left of the Eyeglass "search" button on the top of the website. The Menu bar is viewable on all pages.

 

Question: Are there other ways to purchase coffee from you?

 

Answer:  Yes!  We are currently traveling the country, doing a bunch of Comic-Con conventions.  Look into our social media accounts to see where we will be next!

 

Question- Who is Merlin?

 

Answer: Merlin was created by us, and he is certainly not the Merlin that you might be thinking of!  Our Merlin is an immortal time traveling wizard of the Multiverse.  He has lived for trillions of years and just "recently" retired over 2 billion years ago after heroically saving the Multiverse! His backstory can be found in an audiobook we have created called, "The Legend of the Orb."



Question: How can I listen to the Legend of the Orb?

 

Answer: You can purchase it on our home page.  Scroll down and you will see the cook, with an “Add to Cart” button.  Upon purchase, you will get the audiobook sent to your email.  You can also download it on your phone! 

 

Question:  How long is the audiobook?

 

Answer: About 1 hour long.
