The Frequency You Choose Becomes Your Reality: Gratitude, Energy, and the Power of Connection

Multiverse Monday

After a month of movement across Seattle, Washington D.C., Orlando, Richmond, Chicago, and Boston, something became very clear to us. Between early mornings, long days, constant travel, and thousands of conversations, there was one thing that stood out above everything else. The experience you have in life is not just based on what happens to you. It is based on the frequency you choose to operate on, and that choice quietly shapes everything around you.

Gratitude Is Not a Reaction. It’s a Setting

Most people think gratitude is something you feel after something good happens, but what if it works the other way around? What if gratitude is something you choose first, and then life starts responding to it? Throughout this tour, we found ourselves in situations that could have gone either way. The same long days, the same exhaustion, and the same unpredictable moments were always there.

One version of us could have focused on the stress and the fatigue. Another version chose to look around and take it all in, the people we were meeting, the opportunity to be there, and the experience of building something in real time. Nothing changed externally, but everything felt different because the frequency was different.

The Loop You Create Is the Life You Live

As the days went on, another pattern started to reveal itself. Energy does not just disappear after an interaction. It continues. A simple smile turns into a conversation, a conversation turns into a connection, and that connection turns into someone coming back the next day, telling a friend, or remembering that moment weeks later.

It loops.

The energy you put out does not end with you. It circles back, and over time that loop becomes the life you are living. We watched this happen again and again throughout the month in ways that felt small in the moment but meaningful when you stepped back and looked at the bigger picture.

A Cup of Coffee Is Never Just a Cup of Coffee

One of the most powerful reminders from this journey is how something as simple as a cup of coffee can bring people together. Across different cities, different backgrounds, and completely different walks of life, there is something universal about sharing that moment.

It creates a pause, opens the door to conversation, and turns strangers into familiar faces, even if only for a few minutes. Every bag, every cup, and every interaction becomes part of someone’s day in a way that extends far beyond that single moment. It becomes part of their routine, their memories, and their experience.

The Multiverse Is Built on What You Put Out

What this past month reinforced for us is that we are all constantly shaping the version of reality we experience. Not through massive, life changing events, but through small, consistent choices. The way you show up, the energy you bring into a room, and the mindset you choose when things are not easy all matter more than we realize.

Gratitude creates a different path than frustration. Positivity builds a different loop than negativity. Over time, those paths lead to entirely different outcomes, even if they start in the exact same place.

A Simple Thank You

To everyone who stopped by, supported us, had a conversation, shared a laugh, or took a chance on our coffee, thank you. Not just for the support, but for being part of that loop, part of that energy, and part of this version of the journey.

Because at the end of the day, this is not just about coffee. It is about connection, and we are incredibly grateful to be building that with you.
